Call for Entry: 6 Month Internship

INTERNSHIP with IN TOTO Virtual
Application closes August 15th
To assist with the creation and management of virtual exhibitions, IN TOTO Virtual seeks an intern to work approx. 10-16 hours a month for a period of six months, beginning September 2020 and ending April 2021. Applicant should be a good communicator, and needs to be comfortable working entirely digitally. After assessing your skill level, the intern will be given a short training to go over IN TOTO’s operations as well as cover any skills the intern may require. Please note: this is an unpaid position. As such, IN TOTO Virtual will respect the needs of the intern to complete other, more important work such as studying or working at a job that pays. We’re flexible, and we understand that everyone needs to earn a living.
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- creating social media posts
- distributing call for entry announcements
- assisting with the design of exhibition catalogs
- contacting applicants
- working on email campaigns
Required qualifications
- good written English skills
- familiarity with spreadsheets
- reliable internet connection
- ability to complete small tasks by a deadline
Preferred qualifications
- graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe CC software
- strong social media skills
